Hope you all had a good weekend. I’m purposely not posting Monday Motivation until the end of the day. Why you may ask? I’ve purposely timed the posting to with the time of sunset in NYC. It’s come to my attention that not only is summer almost over, but also our time in the sun is getting noticeably shorter and shorter each day.
Sometimes getting to the gym or a yoga class can be difficult. But when I see the beautiful sun, all I want to do is go outside and be active. Nothing beats a run on a sunny NYC day.

The other thing I love is eating outdoors. There’s something so nourishing about eating my meal outdoors. It makes me focus on the taste and texture of foods and not over eat. Whether it’s brunch at a sidewalk cafe or just taking my lunch to Central Park, I really enjoy my meals in the sun.
