Girls Brunch with Chobani

February 15, 2016
I’ve been traveling a lot the last few weeks and in need of girl time. I’ve been in San Francisco and Oslo, Norway taking care of some business. While I love being on the road, I absolutely miss the stability of home and my loved ones. This weekend I wanted to catch up with some friends, so I invited them over to share a meal and some good old fashioned girl time. Today I’ve partnered with Chobani to host a yogurt parfait brunch. On The Go with Chobani Simply 100

For a moment I blamed my lack of energy for being out of shape, until...

I love the kind of closure it brings, whether it was good or bad. 2015 was a tough year for me, but after reviewing some photos I’ve had many life milestones and reasons to smile. Review my year in photos. I made my first TV appearance as a fitness blogger. I went on my first wellness retreat to Gurney’s Montauk with Athleisurely, Evann Clingan, and NYC Pretty. Thanks to Target, I got to work out with celebrity trainer Adam Rosante. I ran the Oakley Mini 10k with Team Oakley and The Fit Crasher. Seventeen Magazine named me one of their favorite fitness Instagram accounts to follow. I became an official ASICS ambassador and ran my fourth NYC Marathon....
