The One Ab Exercise You Should Be Doing : The Plank

This is who I used to be, overweight, uncomfortable, and unable to run a mile. Today, I am a 3x NYC Marathon runner, Guinness World Record Setter, and #Shoefie enthusiast. Lean Girls Club is where I share my adventures in healthy living, fitness journey, and fitness inspiration.

Lean Girls Club has nothing to do with being skinny. I pursued being “skinny” for years and was unhappy. Being “lean” is about being your strongest, and best self. It’s not just about the physical, but also being strong in mind and spirit.

Be a Lean Girl. Welcome to the Club.

I also host a sports podcast called, The Tribe. Make sure to check it out!
